This 1-2 cup brewer is a favorite of ours for making great tasting coffee. Its easy clean-up and durable plastic design also make it a perfect travel brewer.

Our favorite recipe: 16g (one rounded Aeropress scoop) of medium-fine ground coffee. Fill halfway with hot, not boiling water (85-88˚C, 185-190˚F) and stir 5 times. Wait 30 seconds. Fill the chamber all the way up (~225ml of water). Place the Aeropress over a large mug or server and plunge for 20-25 seconds until all the coffee is extracted. Enjoy!
